Formerly a draught breed, the cows were characterized over the years by its very tasty meat and are now mainly raised as a beef cattle. Because of their sensitive mind they are bred and cared for “with kid gloves”, otherwise the quality of meat would suffer. Its white fur let the breed of cattle be a very elegant part in the natural landscapes of the Tuscany.
A Tuscan delicacy
